Dear Members and Friends,
We all know that this is the Year of the Priest. This Sunday was "Priesthood Sunday" and a special mass was held at Holy Name Church, celebrated by Bishop Ignatius Wang assisted by Fr. Nick Paloso. Our pastor, Fr. Arnold Zamora, read the Gospel and his homily included this musical homage to those who are called to the priesthood. This is a YouTube recording of Fr. Arnold singing his own composition, although last Sunday was extra special as he sang this live with the Madrigal Singers in the background. For those who missed this very moving mass, enjoy this recording and may it inspire you. And let us all pray that those who feel called to the religious life are guided in their discernment.
Many thanks to our friend Roonie Flaherty for the link.
Have a nice week, everyone.

The world renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers performed at our parish on October 23, 2009 and sang at our 11:30am mass. Recently named UNESCO Artist for Peace, and winner of the 2007 Grand Prix de la Ville de Tours Award and several top prizes in the world's prestigious choral competitions, the Philippine Madrigal Singers (known as “MADZ”) helped raise funds for this year's Simbang Gabi commissioning mass.

A great way to feel the harmony of our parish would be to visit us.
Another way would be to take a virtual tour.
